EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between James Chou ("Executive") and Shutterstock Images LLC (the "Company"), effective as of the date set forth by the signature of the Executive below (the "Effective Date").
RECITALS
1. Duties and Scope of Employment.
а. Position and Responsibilities. For the term of Executive's employment under this Agreement ("Employment" or the "Employment Period"), the Company agrees to employ Executive in the position of Chief Technology Officer. Executive will report to the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer (the "COO"), or to such other person as the Company subsequently may determine, and Executive will be working out of the Company's office in New York City.
b. Base Salary. Executive shall continue to be paid, as compensation for Executive's services, a base salary at a gross annual rate of $275,000, less all required tax withholdings and other applicable deductions, in accordance with the Company's standard payroll procedures. The annual compensation specified in this section, together with any modifications in such compensation that the Company may make from time to time, is referred to in this Agreement as the "Base Salary."
c. Paid Time Off and Employee Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to accrue up to 21 days of paid time off ("PTO") per calendar year, in accordance with the Company's PTO policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

Ds restored Big Blue's lead in the disk space race with a new world record for areal (bit) density: 35. 3 gigabits per square inch - roughly three times as dense as any drive shipping at press time.
During the 1990s, areal density doubled every 18 months, keeping pace with the transistor density gains predicted by Moore's Law. But increasingly daunting technical challenges face those who would push the storage envelope further. 'I think magnetic recording technology has another good 5 to 10 years, ' says Munce. 'After that, we'll see substantial difficulties with further advances at the pace people are accustomed to.

Dear Sir,
We are holding our annual conference this year in Nantes and are looking
for a hotel which can offer us accommodation and conference facilities from
15 to 18 November inclusive.
There will be 60 delegates, 15 of whom will be bringing their wives. Therefore, we will need 45 single rooms and 15 double with full board for the three days. Provision should also be made for serving morning coffee and afternoon tea in the conference room.
For the meetings we will need a room that can accommodate 60 to 70 people, with sound equipment, and if possible a stage from where lectures and demonstrations can be given.
We will be bringing our own visual aids with us, so it will not be necessary to provide projectors, boards, or screens.
