Английский язык 5-6 класс.
Уважаемые участники олимпиады!
Надеемся, что предлагаемые вам задания помогут узнать много новых, интересных и полезных фактов, реализовать творческий потенциал, повысить уровень своих достижений в изучении английского языка, а получение дипломов лауреата или участника пополнит ваш «портфолио».
Работы принимаются выполненные и оформленные только СОГЛАСНО СЛЕДУЮЩИМ ТРЕБОВАНИЯМ:
1. Ф.И.О. участника, класс и школа, учитель английского языка заполняются на русском языке;
2. Задания выполняются на отдельных листах (формат А4) в печатном виде (шрифт-12; полуторный интервал; Times New Roman) и скрепляются.
3. Ответы к заданиям 1-58 вносятся в таблицу;
4. Задания 59-60 выполняются на отдельном листе;
5. Вопрос, оставленный без ответа, квалифицируется как неправильный;
6. Задания 1-58 оцениваются по одному баллу.
7. Задания 59 - максимальная оценка- 10баллов.
8. Задание 60 –максимальная оценка15 баллов.
9. Максимальное количество баллов за Олимпиаду– 83балла.
10. Работы принимаются до 5 апреля (включительно).
Работы, не соответствующие требованиям оформления,
к проверке не принимаются.

A school for stars
This is the school from the television show Beverly Hills 90210. Most of the students come from rich families and some of them have famous parents. People from Hollywood sometimes go to Beverly Hills High to look for future actors.
School life
There are lots of good things about going to this school: there are two theatres, a television studio and a radio station. The students make TV programmes and films in their drama classes. The biggest event of the school year is the school dance, or ‘prom’. Everyone at Beverly Hills High travels to the prom in a limousine!
Travelling to school
In California, children can learn to drive three months before their sixteenth birthday. Lots of students at Beverly Hills High have their own cars but they have to pay a lot of money to park their cars in the school car park.
