Структура работы. Дипломная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и библиографии. Во введении дается общая характеристика работы, определяются цель и задачи, указываются объекты и предметы исследования.

В первой главе даётся теоретическое обоснование причин возникновения коммуникативных барьеров, описывается понятие коммуникации и межкультурная коммуникация, излагаются культурный и социокультурный барьеры в межкультурной коммуникации.

Вторая глава посвящена непосредственно методам преодоления барьеров и возникающего как следствие межличностного конфликта, перечисляются их виды. В заключении обобщаются результаты исследования и даются выводы вытекающих из них. Библиография содержит перечень научных трудов отечественных и зарубежных авторов, использованных в дипломной работе

Язык - это не просто инструмент для воспроизведения мыслей, он сам формирует наши мысли. Человек видит мир так, как он говорит. Поэтому люди, говорящие на разных языках, видят мир по-разному.

В нашей стране проблемы межкультурной коммуникации находятся в фокусе внимания многих исследований. Традиционно изучаются взаимодействия представителей разных этнических групп, сосуществующих в пределах одного государства. Осмысление проблем, связанных с другими формами межкультурной коммуникации, началось сравнительно недавно.

Барьеры в широком смысле слова определяются как проблемы, возникающие в процессе взаимодействия и снижающие его эффективность. барьерами в межкультурной коммуникации можно считать такие факторы, которые препятствуют взаимодействию партнеров и не допускают адекватного их взаимопонимания. Причинами коммуникационных барьеров могут быть принадлежность к разным социальным группам, различия в культурных традициях, нормах и ценностях, определяющих формы, способы и цели коммуникации.

Межкультурные барьеры на уровне отношений на практике проявляются как непонимание партнерами друг друга, взаимное неприязненное отношение или недоверие партнеров.

В первой главе нашей дипломной работы мы привели определение понятия «барьера» и «межкультурной коммуникации». А также мы рассмотрели культурные различия разных народов мира. При общении с представителями других культур необходимо быть достаточно эрудированными и осведомленными в специфических чертах культуры того или иного народа.
